Starting a blog with blogger.com and wordpress.com is not difficult task. In fact starting a blog with blogger(blogspot) and wordpress is very easy. In this post we will create a wordpress.com hosted blog not the self hosted blog. You can start a blog within few minutes.

In last post we discussed about BlogSpot (Blogger) vs. Wordpress comparison. And in this post also we will start with blogger.

Step by step process of blog creation at blogger.com

What do we need for this. We need only one Gmail email id for this. This is the only prerequisite for starting a blog with blogger.

Step 1: Visit blogger.com and sign in with your Gmail email id.

Step 2: In this step you have to fill the details like display name (it will show after your blog posts), email notification, select gender and accept terms of services and click continue.

Step 3: Now in this step you have to create a blog. This is the dashboard of your blogger account. Click on create Your Blog Now Button.

In previous post i wrote about the advantages of freelancing. In this post i will tell you some disadvantages of freelancing also.

1) Work alone: In freelancing businees you have to work alone. You will not have colleges to interact and discuss about the projects. You have to work on your own.

2) Unstable income in starting : In starting of your freelancing career you will get less income or no income. Reason for this is you are not established in freelancing and you have to work hard to earn more. And even if you will establish some time you will earn more income some time less depending on the projects.

3) Work in odd time : Many time you have to work odd time. 1) Free Tests : You can give many tests free of cost without spending single penny like english grammar, php, seo, css, adobe photoshop, html, xml, call center skills, maya, 3ds max, word, excel, powerpoint etc. This is unique feature because in other sites like freelancer.com it is paid. They charge $5 for each test.
Should i give test? Yes, because many employers want some specific skills for completing project. Suppose i am employer and i want a website. I post project on odesk and i add in skill section html and xml qualified. Means if you haven't cleared both tests you cannot bid on project even if you are an expert on html and XML.

2) Hourly projects : There are two type of projects in odesk first one is fixed price project and second one is hourly projects. In fixed price projects you will get paid according to fixed price.
